编辑1962年,毕业于北京医学院;
1965年,北京协和医学院研究生毕业;
1978年9月—1981年2月,赴法国国家肿瘤研究所进修遗传毒理学;
1986年9月—1987年7月,美国俄亥俄医学院访问学者;

程书钧主要贡献
编辑程书钧研究员从事肿瘤的化疗病因和癌变机理研究毒理遗传学研究30余年,主持国家七五、八五、九五、肿瘤攻关有关致癌物检测及肿瘤早诊课题。
建立了有先进水平的致癌物快速检测系统,对我国食管癌和肺癌发生相关的致癌因素作了大量研究并提供了重要资料。在抗致癌物研究中发现绿茶及其主要成分儿茶素可明显抑制癌变及儿茶素对人的尖锐湿疣及炎症增生有明显治疗作用,此项发明已获国际专利,经FDA批准在美国进行临床试验,这是国际上首次FDA批准的研究用天然儿茶素治疗疾病,有重要的社会、经济效益和国际影响。
建立了适合我国应用并有先进水平的上皮细胞无血清培养技术,可用于培养多种人的上皮细胞。
首次建立四株中国人的永生化支气管上皮细胞系并构建了人肺癌变前病变模型。
提出以癌前病变发生与逆转机理作为我国当前肿瘤集注研究的主攻方向,已获国家批准,成为“国家重点基础研究”首批入选项目,并担任“恶性肿瘤发生与发展的基础性研究”首席科学家。
